Experience the Gonstead Difference...

________________________________________________

Jordan Family Chirorpactic exclusively practices the Gonstead System.

The Gonstead system was developed by Dr. Clarence S. Gonstead of Mt Horeb, Wisconsin beginning in 1923. He refined his specific system over a 55-year period.

The Gonstead System focuses on being as specific as possible with the examination and adjustment of the patient; not only on the initial visit but every visit. The examination includes taking a detailed history, instrumentation, static palpation, motion palpation, and if deemed necessary full spine x-rays. Adjustments will only be delivered through the hands of Dr. Amanda.
By using their hands as adjusting tools, Dr. Amanda  and Dr. Cotey are better able to sense the relaxation of the patient and to control the direction and amplitude of the adjustment needed for each individual patient. No mechanical instrument can match the sensitivity of feel or timing of an applied force from a skilled chiropractor's hands.

In any chiropractic office, each patients situation should be considered separate and distinct from others and thus be treated so. At Jordan Family Chiropractic each patient receives the doctors undivided attention and personalized care. Jordan Family Chiropractic believes that chiropractic care is not scientific unless the adjustment is specific.

Gentle enough for you and your baby!

The Gonstead System has hundreds of years of combined clinical experience and has been tried and tested. Dr. Amanda is confident that if subluxations are found during the examination, she has a specific protocol for an expected result. Furthermore, if a need for additional evaluation is found necessary, she will refer the patient to the appropriate doctor or therapist to ensure that the needs of each patient are properly met.

If you are interested in more information about the Gonstead System please email or call the office to speak with Dr. Amanda or visit the Gonstead Seminar Website.
